Hi! I’m Ben, experienced boxing coach offering personalized sessions for all levels: beginners, intermediate,
advanced.
Why my classes?
• Boxing technique: strength, endurance, speed + mental boost (weight loss, confidence).
• Outdoor Valencia: Turia Gardens, Patacona beach, Marina Real or parks – fresh, fun, no gym needed!
• Languages: English/French (perfect for expats/digital nomads). • All ages: kids, adults, fitness or competition.
I come from a competitive boxing background, but my coaching today is focused on one thing: helping you progress safely, step by step, whatever your level.
If you are a complete beginner, you will be guided clearly. If you already train, sessions will be adapted to help you improve technique, coordination, and conditioning.
