À propos d'Ivan Landry
I am a Master Student in Human Resource Management and the reasons why I wish to share my knowledge with my students include the following;
Impactful Contribution: By teaching English, you have the opportunity to make a significant difference in the lives of your students. English proficiency opens doors to new opportunities, whether it's academic success, career advancement, or cultural enrichment.
Personal Fulfillment: Teaching English allows you to share your passion for language and communication with others. Witnessing your students' progress and growth, seeing their confidence soar as they master new skills, can be deeply gratifying.
Cultural Exchange: Language is a gateway to understanding different cultures and perspectives. Through teaching English, you not only impart linguistic knowledge but also facilitate cross-cultural communication and appreciation. By sharing aspects of your own culture and learning from your students' diverse backgrounds, you contribute to a richer and more interconnected global community.
Continuous Learning: Teaching is a two-way street. As you guide your students on their language learning journey, you also continue to learn and grow as an educator.
Building Relationships: Teaching English allows you to build meaningful relationships with your students. As you support them in their learning process, you establish rapport, trust, and mutual respect. These connections extend beyond the classroom, fostering a sense of community and camaraderie that enriches both your professional and personal life.

Above all, I cultivate a supportive and encouraging learning environment where students feel motivated to take risks, make mistakes, and grow. By fostering a sense of community and mutual respect, I create a safe space where students can explore, experiment, and ultimately, achieve their full potential in English proficiency.
