Super professeur

Membre de Midori and Friends, Hawaii Chamber Music Festival, Festival Haus ser Musik. Actuellement basé à New York.

Parfait ! Carlos is an excellent violininst and teacher! I started taking lessons after many years of not playing. Carlos teaches advanced techniques with patience and clarity. He also answers my practice-related questions during the week. I have deepened my ability to focus and I've learned to visualize difficult passages before I play them.
He has helped me with bowing, shifting, vibrato and expressiveness. I love playing the violin again!
Most importantly, my skills have improved tremendously and I sound so much better than before!
I take one-hour lessons and don't have a set schedule.
Since I'm a busy mom of 5 I don't have as much time for music as I would like. We schedule one lesson at a time which gives me a lot of flexibility.

I’ve been taking violin lessons with Carlos for three years now. He’s made me feel so confident in myself and taken me from not being able to hold the bow to playing entire pieces by myself without having to stop!
Carlos has this incredible way of noticing all of the small details that set you back and teaching them in a way that never feels bad or forced. He’s been a true mentor and a great friend!
