À propos de Max
Hey there! My name is Max and I'm from Surrey in England (about an hour south of London). I'm currently 29 and living/working in Paris as a Business Development Executive at a Startup.
I have more than 2 years teaching experience. I am CELTA certified from UCL (University college London) where I completed 120 hours teaching adults from A1 to C2 level.
I also spent 6 months teaching weeklong intensive English courses in Austria in secondary schools. Then I spent over a year in an English language centre in Hong Kong teaching 3-12 year olds.
I also have voluntary experience teaching English in both Zanzibar, where I taught English to blind people in the community, and Peru where I taught English in a temporary school.
I've loved every minute of my teaching experience both professional and voluntary and can't wait to get started online too.

I believe in a learning by speaking freely about fun subjects. We can talk about things as simple as your hobbies right up into talking about interesting global events. I like to have a different theme each week so we can cover a variety of topics and vocabulary.
I like to make my lessons a casual and comfortable learning environment with open discussions. Of course I can tailor the lessons to the students preferences too.
Anyone is welcome to have a lesson with me but I think my teaching style is most beneficial for people trying to speak more comfortably and fluently in English.
