À propos de Larissa Laura
I am Brazilian, and I began my yoga journey while living in Argentina. From the very beginning, I felt a strong connection with the practice and knew I wanted to dedicate myself fully to it.
I love yoga because it transforms both body and mind, building strength, mobility, calm, and clarity. It is a practice that brings balance to everyday life, and this is what I aim to share with each student.
I teach yoga with consistency, care, and attention to detail, creating a safe and structured space where students can build confidence at their own pace. My approach is professional and adaptable, always respecting individual needs and focusing on clear, progressive guidance.

**My Teaching Style
My main strength as a teacher is my ability to adapt traditional yoga to different bodies and realities without losing depth or precision. With training and teaching experience across different countries and contexts, I bring both structure and sensitivity into my classes, offering clear guidance, attentive support, and a strong focus on breath and awareness.
**Vinyasa Flow & Hatha Yoga
Each class is tailored to the student’s needs. Sessions include breath awareness (pranayama), mobility-based warm-ups, mindful asana practice focused on alignment, strength and fluidity, and end with relaxation (savasana). These classes support strength, flexibility, balance, and stress reduction in a sustainable way.
**Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga
I offer Ashtanga classes for beginners and experienced practitioners, including Mysore-style practice. Mysore is a traditional method where each student practices at their own pace while receiving individual guidance and adjustments from the teacher, allowing a highly personalized and progressive learning process.
**Qualifications
I am a certified Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga teacher (500h YAI) trained under Alejandro Chiarella. I also studied in India with Vijay Kumar and have traveled twice to India for immersive training and practice, which deeply shaped my teaching and understanding of yoga.
**Languages
I speak Portuguese, Spanish, and English fluently.
