À propos de Fumika
Mon objectif est de m'améliorer constamment et de poursuivre la voie yogique adaptée à chaque étape de ma vie.
Ayant suivi une formation d'instructeur de yoga certifié de 300 heures reconnue internationalement à Sivananda Yoga Ashram en 2018, je suis heureuse de pouvoir partager avec vous les beaux moments pour nourrir l'esprit et le corps.

My mother being a Yogini in Japan since I was a little child, a Yogic lifestyle was always a part of my childhood. I then moved to India, where I deepened my Yoga practice, Yoga philosophy, Sanskrit language and Bharatanatyam for 6 years.
I have always been open to different styles of Yoga and meditation and have experienced various schools in India and in the US. However, the main styles I follow are traditional Sivananda Yoga and my mum's Yoga combined with Buddhist/zen teachings.
My aim is to constantly improve myself and pursue the yogic path adapted to each stage of my life.
Having completed an internationally recognized 300-hour certified Yoga Instructor training course at Sivananda Yoga Ashram in 2018, I am happy to be able to share with people the beautiful moments to nourish mind and body.
