Currently a Master's student in Actuarial and Financial Engineering at KU Leuven, I offer tutoring in mathematics. With a strong foundation in scientific subjects developed since high school, I have supported numerous students who initially struggled with certain topics. Through consistent efforts and personalized guidance, most of them have progressed to not only understand but also excel in their studies, gaining confidence and even enjoyment in the process.

Methodology Between us... math is easy! I firmly believe that with repeated practice, a minimum of effort, and most importantly, proper guidance, every student can achieve their goals. With 5 years of experience as a private tutor, having worked with students of nearly all levels, I have supported more than forty students to date. Over time, I have developed effective teaching methods that allow students to quickly catch up and reach the desired level. Where do academic difficulties come from? There are no bad students, only ineffective methods. In general, a lack of self-confidence leads to a loss of motivation, resulting in declining performance. This, in turn, reinforces the initial feeling of inadequacy—a common vicious cycle that even parents may feel powerless to break. This is where a private tutor comes in. In my lessons, I adopt a less academic and more personalized approach to help students overcome these challenges. What can be done? I work closely with the student to develop a thorough methodology that facilitates understanding of concepts and optimizes their application during exams. Every student is unique, so the first session focuses on creating a tailored, effective catch-up program. The program is divided into four steps: Identifying and addressing persistent gaps Establishing effective learning methods Developing reasoning skills Learning to apply and communicate knowledge Gradually, these practices help build speed, discipline, and independence. With renewed motivation and enthusiasm, academic success becomes a much more attainable goal. Parcours.
