À propos de Bouhouche
I am a third-year university student, not yet a graduate. I have a diploma of two years completion in university and with a good grade. I am also an excellent student in my major, and I have the best grades among my colleagues. I have three years of experience in teaching middle schoolers in a public school, one month of teaching elementary students in a public school, and four months of teaching both kindergarten and elementary students in a private academy. I have also volunteered to give free English lessons for people through Telegram, but I have stopped after a while. I have certificates of winning several competitions in the English language, including: general knowledge, public speaking, and creative writing. I have represented my high school years ago regionally in a public speaking competition. I also have good leadership and coordination skills, as I served as a class coordinator for nine consecutive years, winning the best coordinator award twice during my time in high school.

I adopt a very lenient yet effective approach to teaching. I try to avoid traditional methods, and attempt to implement functional approaches to teaching English as a foreign language. I take my time studying and analysing different methodologies, I compare them and draw my own model. All these readings help me ensure there exists diversity and effectiveness in the learning environment. Apart from all of that, I attempt to understand the learners' needs and make sure they are comfortable during the whole process. I engage them in the learning, and assist them to self-reflect and self-assess their own progress. I also make sure to promote their autonomy and improve their cognitive abilities, not solely for the EFL class but for their everyday life. That's all I have to say for the moment.
