À propos de Manuela
Hello! I am Manuela Laura Cabral, I am the director of Three Flats Music Academy, it is an online music academy with more than 100 students of different instruments (piano, guitar, ukulele, singing, violin, etc.).
We focus our teaching on giving the students the best experience possible, with our flexible method and our fun lessons we ensure our students have a good time and learn, improve and achieve all their goals and skills in music. It is about having fun and learning at the same time.
All our teachers are professional musicians, each one in their topic: jazz, classical, pop, rock, etc. All of them are excellent in their fields and besides working as teachers, they also work as musicians playing in different places (jazz & rock bands, orchestras, duets, etc.). We are a small team formed by kind and wonderful people, and we would be very happy if you want to be part of this amazing community!

I usually start teaching how to read music and play chords, so you can play any non-classical song, and then if you want I can teach you classical music too.
My classes are fun and I adapt them to the students, not everybody wants to learn the same kind of music and at the same speed, so I listen to my students' preferences because it is very important for their motivation to learn and improve.
The piano is an instrument that you can learn pretty easily and there is no age limit to start, I've had students from 3 to 72 years old, so don't worry about the age!

Manuela has all the qualities of a great teacher. She’s patient, dedicated and always encouraging. The pieces worked on are varied in style and difficulty, so you cannot get bored of one piece. She is very organized both with the material and homework, which makes it easy to find what you need without having to look for it amidst many piano sheets. I highly recommend taking classes with Manuela. She’s lovely and positive and will always make you comfortable during classes. Try a lesson with her!
Manuela is a very good piano teacher. She teaches playing using chord progressions, and right from the start for beginners she includes some music theory, finger exercises, and short pieces of classical and popular songs, building up a repertoire. She has many resources for students which she puts online for easy access. Manuela is a highly-organised teacher, and she has a clear vision and structure for developing a student’s piano skills. She is a very happy and positive person which also makes the lessons something to look forward to. Highly recommended!
