My Hatha yoga classes are for everyone, all ages and abilities. My goal is to help you improve your balance, concentration, and mobility. With these skills you may choose to begin Paddle Board Yoga...Let go of fear and learn Patience with yourself and life in general. Paddle Board Yoga is the best way to practice in my opinion. On the open sea we are one with nature.
Hatha classes are good for any day of the week depending on your needs. We will base each lesson on how you feel with modification offered in every situation. Will it be more Power or more Restorative? How about we wait and see on that day. Or jump right onto the Paddle perhaps. Lets go!

Paddle Yoga: Stand up Paddle with Full Yoga class and postures. Its the ultimate experience. Test your limits and fear with the comfort of expert guidance and zero expectations. It will be a complete class in nature that ends with an epic savasana and maybe even some swimming :) Some previous yoga experience is recommended and thats also what I offer...
Hatha Classes: My classes are a balanced flow between Power and Restorative yoga(see below). My aim is to focus on what needs work now and give attention to that along with every other part of the body in association.
Power Yoga: This upbeat style offers you the opportunity to sweat, stretch and reset. Very physical and rhythmic sometimes with a good return to calm to finish.
Restorative Yoga: Primarily lying down with an emphasis on passive deep tissue stretching. Meditative and soothing with the soothing sounds of ancient instruments.
