À propos d'Alina
Hello my name is Alina and I am a passionate language learner and teacher. I was raised as bilingual- bicultural with my primary languages both being Russian and English. Growing up in a multicultural family made me passionate about languages and different cultures. I first began teaching English in a primary school in France in the region of Franche-Comté. I have also worked as a language assistant in three schools in the region Rhône-Alpes. I have my Bachelor's in Speech-Language Pathology and French from the State University of New York at New Paltz and I am certified in TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) with a concentration in Business English. I have taught accent reduction courses to a multitude of students with various linguistic and cultural backgrounds.
I would love to help you improve your English through integrative lessons focused on pronunciation, cultural discovery, and effective communication.

Hello! My name is Alina and I am an American from New York living in France with a degree in Speech-Language Pathology (Orthophonie) and am currently completing a Master's in English Linguistics. I would love to help you improve your English through integrative lessons focused on pronunciation, grammar, and a focus on communication. I am also an accent reduction coach that specializes specifically in the American accent. Throughout my studies I have learned the phonetic alphabet in depth, the methods of pronunciation, and the nuances of American English.
