Irina is a very well qualified language teacher, with a very good backgrounding in French, Russian and English literature, and passionate about teaching and foreign languages. She has taught all levels from Elementary to Advanced. Feedback from her students is on the whole good to excellent, and when there have one or two negative points, Irina has proved very capable at improving herself and her teaching to her students' satisfaction. She has a good ability to handle different levels of competency and to encourage participation from all students.

In teaching observations she shows a professional attitude to the teaching and learning situation, showing due attention to her students as a group and as individuals, as well as keeping a good pace in the class. Her program planning shows a clear idea of course objectives, how to get to these, the importance of homework as part of the curriculum, and how her coursework is to assist her students after completing the course.

I would have no hesitation in recommending her qualities as a teacher.
