My classes are for beginners.
My classes are calm, focused, and completely tailored to you.
I take time to observe your body and understand how it moves, so every session feels personal and effective.
Some days we focus on posture and gentle mobility; other days, on building strength and stability — always based on how you feel that day.
You’ll notice real changes in how your body moves, but in a space that feels safe, relaxed, and encouraging.
If you’re looking for mindful sessions that help you feel balanced and strong again, this is for you.
