À propos de Maria
Hello, this is Maria. I am a qualified Yoga Teacher and Sound Healer. I have been a Yogini for more than seven years, teaching for the last two.
My journey as a regular practitioner started in North London , 2016, where, while working as Architect and Interior Designer, I turned to yoga to improve my physical and emotional wellness.
Seven years after, Yoga had deeply changed my life. Moved to Brussels, I started teaching to friends and associations, on a volunteering base, to recreate what I was missing the most of London- my yogi community.
In 2022, I left for a three months journey to the Himalayas, to dip into Tibetan and Vedic traditions, from the harsh Tibetan valleys of Northern Nepal to the lush foothills of Ganga River and Rishikesh, with the intention of learning kriyas, techniques and rituals at their sources.
My work now focuses on mastering physical and mental energy, reviving ancient teachings for the contemporary city-life dynamics and needs, I combine practices like Pranayama and dynamic breathing, Sound Healing and Relaxation, Yang&Yin Asanas practice, Yoga Nidra & Meditation.
