À propos de Junior
I've been involved in combat sports for 26 years, with a particular passion for English boxing, which I've been practicing for over 20 years. At the age of 17, I had the honor of becoming a sparring partner for world-renowned European boxers such as Hassan N'dam, Alex Miskirtchian, Jamel Bahki and Jojo Dan. This experience marked the start of my professional career and enabled me to learn from the best.
Why do I teach?
Boxing is more than a sport for me, it's a school of life. I decided to teach to share this passion and pass on the values that boxing has taught me: discipline, perseverance, respect and surpassing oneself. Nothing motivates me more than seeing my students progress, push their limits and gain confidence.
My approach:
I'm a good listener, attentive to your needs and objectives. My follow-up is regular and entirely personalized, because each student is unique. I'm strict about following the program we'll establish together, and I make sure to maximize each session with effective, motivating work. Respect for schedules and seriousness are part of my commitment to quality training.

Your progress, your success
My methodology: Each session is tailored to your needs, your level and your specific objectives. We start with a detailed intake to assess your state of health, your objectives (weight loss, muscle building, competition) and your motivation. This initial exchange is essential in building a program that suits you perfectly, whether you're looking for regular or temporary follow-up.
A typical class:
Warm-up (15 min): Cardio and mobility exercises to prepare your body for exercise.
Circuit-training (15 min): Muscle-strengthening and agility work using varied, dynamic exercises.
Technical boxing (20/10 min): Specific training (shadowboxing, bear paw work, punching bag) to refine your technique, precision and speed.
Stretching and debriefing (10 min): Active recovery to avoid injury, and debriefing to monitor your progress.
Strengths of my method: Develop your explosiveness, agility and endurance, and lose weight effectively thanks to a comprehensive muscle-strengthening program.
My classes are designed for everyone, from children aged 8 and over to adults of all ages, whether you're a beginner or an expert.

You can do group training with 2 or 4 people then the price of the session is 25€ per person
We have a gym in Rue Neuve City 2 Nbs Boxing. (Brussels centre)
We sell quality gloves, bandages and other boxing equipment if you don't have any.
