Over the years I have successfully managed to figure out several techniques to combat the very real side effects of this neurological disorder.

I also have ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) I was diagnosed when I was 6. So I completely understand how tough life can be when not managed correctly. I can help you take the next steps and get life back on track.

I also teach English so my method if pretty much the same. My initial aim is to understand what you want to get out of the time we share together. I am absolutely adabtable to your needs. We can simply discuss life or I can walk you through my experience and share some simple techniques that have really been life changing.
