À propos d'Aileen
Sports have always been a central part of my life, shaping not only my physical abilities but also my discipline, mindset, and resilience.
I dedicated over six years to martial arts, particularly Ju-Jitsu and MMA, where I learned the importance of technique, perseverance, and mental strength. Alongside that, I have spent more than five years training in the gym, elaborating detailed fitness and nutrition plans. This experience not only improved my own performance but also allowed me to support and guide people around me with their fitness goals, offering advice and encouragement.
To broaden my athletic horizons, I also practiced volleyball and badminton for two years, and took part in Cross(fit) training, which challenged me with its intensity and variety. These different sports helped me develop agility, coordination, and teamwork.
Currently, my passion lies in surfing, a sport that combines physical endurance, balance, and a deep connection to nature. It continues to push me out of my comfort zone and reminds me of the joy of constant learning and progress.
