À propos de Kateryna
I am a body science enthusiast and former military service member. During my time in the military, I developed a deep passion for physical training and performance. As part of my role, I led physical training sessions within my battalion, gaining hands-on experience in structured training, discipline, and performance development.
Today, I combine this military background with a science-based approach to fitness. I am looking to work with determined individuals who are ready to commit to real change. My goal is to apply my knowledge, structure, and experience to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives.

With my coaching, you receive a fully personalized approach focused on your individual goals. I take into account your body type, metabolism, and genetic predispositions to design a training plan that truly fits you, not a generic program.
All training plans are built using the most recent scientific evidence and research in the fitness and sports science field. My main areas of specialization are hypertrophy (muscle building) and weight loss.
I will be present during your training sessions to guide your execution, adjust techniques, and ensure we get the maximum results from every workout.
Sessions can be done at your gym (if permitted) or at my gym at no extra cost (you don’t need to pay for gym access.)

Parfait ! I was really impressed with my first session with Kateryna! :) From the beginning, you can tell that she has a lot of knowledge and experience. Not only when it comes to training and muscles, but also in nutrition, which I think is really important for me too :D
She explains everything in a very clear and motivating way. I also really like that she looks at the whole picture and not just the workout itself.
I also didn’t expect that we would already do so many exercises in the first session! I could definitely feel it the next day with a nice, pleasant muscle soreness, which showed me that we really worked well...
